Best Fit Digital and its associated names, logos, taglines, and design marks (collectively, the "Marks") are the property of Best Fit Digital and are protected under applicable United States trademark law, including common law rights arising from use in commerce. Best Fit Digital owns and asserts rights in its Marks regardless of whether they carry a registration symbol on any given page or document.
No provision on this website, or in any Best Fit Digital marketing material, should be interpreted as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use any Mark displayed on this site without the prior written permission of Best Fit Digital.
Best Fit Digital currently claims common law trademark rights in the following unregistered marks, denoted by the "™" symbol:

Trademark infringement occurs when a party uses a mark that is identical or confusingly similar to a Best Fit Digital Mark, in connection with goods or services, in a manner likely to cause consumer confusion as to source, sponsorship, or affiliation. Common examples of infringing or unauthorized use include, without limitation:
Best Fit Digital actively monitors for misuse of its Marks and copyrighted materials and reserves the right to pursue all available remedies, including cease-and-desist notices, takedown requests to hosting providers or platforms, and legal action, against parties found to be infringing.
To report suspected misuse: please submit a written notice to Best Fit Digital at info@bestfitdigital.co describing the Mark or content at issue, the location where the suspected infringement appears (e.g., a URL or platform link), and your contact information. Best Fit Digital will review each report and respond within a reasonable timeframe to determine appropriate next steps.
From time to time, Best Fit Digital may invite testimonials, reviews, case study details, comments, or other feedback ("Submissions") from clients, partners, or website visitors. By providing a Submission, you grant Best Fit Digital a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display that Submission — including your name, likeness, or company name where applicable — in connection with Best Fit Digital's marketing, website, and promotional materials.
Best Fit Digital will not use a Submission in a manner that misrepresents its original meaning. If you wish to have a previously submitted testimonial or feedback item removed or corrected, please contact us using the details in Section 7 below.
